As part of the Design team, Onboarding team & Operations, I contributed to product development
and success by streamlining platform processes and connecting various segments to create a unified, efficient system achieving over $2M+ ARR, onboarding +250K brands/buyers and ingesting +500k products. I managed operational flows and integrations while optimizing customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, I contributed to video editing and product storytelling, designed platform demos and decks that secured significant partnerships, and leveraged data visualization to drive innovation and growth.

To overcome this, a user-friendly platform blending B2C and D2C experiences is essential, offering an engaging discovery process, product saving and sharing, and seamless collaboration features to foster business relationships.

User-centered design for an assisted product discovery
In order to enhance the customer experience, all users have been equipped with assistive features designed to support them throughout their entire journey. These features facilitated seamless platform navigation and the discovery of newly released components.
I was personally responsible for various aspects of the customer support process, including user behavior mapping, identification of specific user needs, analysis of user interactions, and the overall experience assessment. Ultimately, I contributed to the development of supportive features such as on-platform product tours, that helped educate customers and announce new feature releases.
